I am assuming that being brown should get me all the jobs anyway because representation is quite in right now. But I will do the respectful thing and let my samples speak for me. I tried to major in psychology, but I realized this is too much therapy for me, so I started writing short films, TV shows and Wattpad stories.

At Vancouver Film School, I specialized in writing for Games, even though I’m a relatively new gamer. So, if your job description includes ‘must be a risk-taker,’ you are in the right place. I am also interested and trained in writing for Films and TV as well.

I was born and brought up in India and am fluent in English and Hindi and not so fluent in five other languages. I specialize in the art of Yoga, so if you need some meditative sessions to relax, that’s an added bonus. I believe that the world is in quite a dark place right now, so it’s healthy to escape into an open world of a game. I want to bring forward stories from my culture. I will consider my job done if someone walks away from their chair feeling a catharsis of emotions.

I am looking for an entry-level job writing for other people’s games/films/shows with the long-term goal of pitching my own.
